Stop Worshiping Leaders

The idolatry among professing Christians is nothing short of amazing, and pastors are encouraging it. They love the personality cult that surrounds them. They love the rock star status. And, they love hiding their sins behind a code of secrecy

The Pharisees did exactly the same thing, and Jesus called them children of the Devil. They were the pastors of their era, and Jesus called them out and said that they were vile and evil. He said that they were whited graves, vipers and children of Satan.

Today, instead of the Pharisee, we have the sinful pastor.

God LOVES His Children

As the evil goes from victory to victory in these dark days, it is easy to forget that God had not changed, and that He still loves us as much now, as He did when He sent His Son to die for us. And, the idea that the Creator would come to Earth to die for us, to give us eternal life…

I can barely comprehend such a love as that.

And, He STILL loves us with that kind of passion. Still. Right now. No matter what is going on around you, and in your life.

Always Ask WHY

The reasons why these Last Days are the way that they are… well …they’re complex, and the only publication that simplifies that complexity is the Bible. All others end up in deception when simplifying current events.

In fact, I worry about engaging in accidental deception, when I try to unravel the complexities for you. That’s why you should never take what I say ‘at face value’.

Always look deep. Always.

You will never understand what’s really happening if you don’t look below the surface. There are dark currents under that ice that you stand on, so I encourage you to understand those currents so that you can make your way to firmer ground.

The Life We Live – The Death We Choose

Europe teeters on the brink of collapse. The evidence of economic disintegration continues to roll in. America beats the drums of war. The Chinese stock market may crash on Monday. Evil rises across the world.

And, a lovely woman died on Thursday.

She was a sister in Christ and held the Lord close, until her last breath. She was my wife’s aunt, and the one that I admired the most. I was in the other room when she went to be with the Lord. And, it gave me an opportunity to reflect on the life we live, and the death we choose.

Death by Delusion

Few of us will die of old age. Worse, quite a few of us will die in horrible ways, and technology will allow us to watch in horror as people that we love, perish in an orgy of death and violence.

This is why I have devoted so much of the last four years to exposing the truth. The thought of what comes weighs heavily on my soul, and I want to be able to stand before God and say that I did what I could, to save as many as possible.

Unfortunately, people have traded the truth for happy delusions, so there is a limit to what you and I can do.
