Laying Out Revelation – Part 01

I’ve run into new questions about Revelation, questions that I don’t ever remember asking in quite this way. That has required some spiritual reflection. I have more questions than answers, but maybe some insights that I haven’t had before. Ultimately, this comes from unlocking Seal Six, which is the key reason why I began changing direction in 2021.

However, since Revelation is the most dangerous book in the Bible (Rev 22:18-19), we need to be extra humble in our approach to seeking insight into what is coming. Mishandling this book will have grave consequences for everyone affected. So, let’s try not to do that.

Bad Eschatology, Part 5 – Why This Is So Hard

Before going after all the other purveyors of Bad Eschatology, I’d like to take a deep breath and talk about two reasons why the Last Days were always going to be impossible to understand.

When The First Seal Was Opened

As the future grows dark, it is natural to ask:

When will the First Seal of Revelation 6 be opened?

How would we know when that happens?

Has it already happened?

That chapter will need to change a bit because I’ve been pondering that First Seal. And, I think that we need to discuss when that Seal was opened, and why.

Another 70 AD and Another Translation Issue – A Big One

I find it ironic that we stand on the doorstep of a moment in time that is awfully similar to the AD 70 destruction of Jerusalem. Only this time, WE are the ones who will suffer.

Then, I ran into yet another translation issue – this time about the original Greek manuscripts that were the source material for our English translations. I have avoided this issue for too long, so we need to talk about that. And, the translation issue came up because I realized a need to discuss something vital.

The Last Gasp of Satan’s Revolution

We have been fighting against the revolution being led by Satan for thousands of years, and it’s almost over. In fact, 2019 might have been the last good year for the rebels. With 2020 seeming to indicate the beginning of the end for our current civilization, now might be a good time to think about the timing of the Last Days.

After all, they are the Last Days of… what?

Human civilization?

Earth?

Humanity?

No, none of that.

The Last Days mark the beginning of the end of Satan’s power, the failure of his great rebellion. Unfortunately, the last gasp of this revolution will be hard on all of us.
