My New Book – When Jacob Returns

For more than six months, I’ve been researching and writing. I started out just trying to update an eight year old website. But, after a few weeks, it became clear that I needed to do far, far more than that. That’s when a website update became a backbreaking effort to create a book that would put an important piece of the Last Days into its proper place.

Normally, a book like this would not have taken so long, and I certainly wasn’t expecting it to. But, soul-searching and the slaying of preconceived notions is hard and time-consuming. And exhausting.

Big Changes

Change is a constant. The only variable seems to be how much change, and what direction. And, most people don’t factor in how things change, when attempting to predict the future.

This seems like a strange statement, but looking at the past and the predictions that many made in the past… it’s clear that very few, if any, have been able to predict the conditions in which we now live. Even our view of the past changes, based upon our view of the present.

Oh, and the changes that we currently experience, are about to accelerate.

And yes, that’s an awful song for an awful civilization.

The problem is that far too few have woken up. And, of those who are awake, too few have put all the pieces together.

I am puzzled by this ‘putting pieces together’ business. When I look back on my own eureka moments, I realize that ‘putting all the pieces together’…

… well …

…It takes an epiphany.

Last week, I just did NOT have the time or energy for Omega Shock, and that’s why there was only one post. All of my time was taken up by the two Bible classes that I teach every week – and Ezekiel’s Fire.

Working on the Ezekiel’s Fire website has brought home to me the desperate situation that we are in, and how ignorant we are about what is ahead. In fact, very very few seem to have any idea.

And, THAT is why I must reduce my work on Omega Shock, so that I can get ezekielsfire.com up and running, as soon as possible.
