Three Huge Concerns: Debt, Israel and Hard Hearts

I saw evidence of three great catastrophes this week, and they should start alarm bells ringing in all of our minds:

  • Interest Rates
  • Hezbollah and Iran Challenging Israel
  • Hard Hearts in Our Churches

The last one is the most important, but you’ll understand the first one better. And for the second… you won’t understand the significance, unless you’ve read Ezekiel’s Fire. And, you need to read Ezekiel’s Fire.

I’m going to give an overview of the importance of those three catastrophes. And, I hope that you’ll pay attention to them. They won’t be fixed, but they can be avoided.

The Road Ahead – 2018

I am so bad at prognostication, that I won’t really try to tell you what WILL happen. The best that I can do is describe the threats. These threats have been looming larger and larger with each passing year. And, some of them are new.

Please treat these seriously.

My hope is that we will have another year where we successfully dodge the bullets being fired at us. But, there is a limit to how often we can do that.

Will we run out of ‘luck’ in 2018?

Isaiah 17 – Redux

We spend a lot of time thinking about The Big Event – The Great Tribulation, Gog and Magog, Global Thermonuclear War, etc. What we often fail to realize is that there are a host of events that happen between now and then, events that bring the world to the point of the destruction foretold by the prophets in the Bible.

I know this failure to realize all too well. I am routinely appalled by my inability to see what is right in front of my eyes. But, God is good, and He always brings someone along to show me what I’ve missed. And, I pass this hard-earned wisdom on to you.

Damascus is going to fall, and it will be horrifying.

The Year Ahead – 2016 Edition

I’ve been making predictions about ‘the year ahead’ for several years now, and I’m often wrong. In fact, I have a dismal record for accuracy.

It’s a good thing that I’m not a prophet.

All that I can do is tell you what I see and tell you the implications. The timing is in the hands of God, and He hasn’t let me know what that timing is. To put it another way…

My predictions WILL HAPPEN.

I just don’t know WHEN they will happen.

The best that I can give you is ‘soon’. However, soon is getting closer and closer, so I’m thinking that 2016 could be the year when it all comes crashing down.

I truly hope that you’ll be ready for this.

Syria is No More

The leadership of Syria has been vile and evil. They have sought to destroy both Israel and Jordan, and Jordan survives today, only because Israel mobilized her army in 1972 – to defend Jordan from Syria. Syria was heavily involved in the destruction of Lebanon. They supported every kind of terrorist on the planet. And, let’s not forget Hama. There’s a reason why they call rules for massacres like that “Hama Rules“. But, that was Hafez al-Assad.

His son is Bashar, and seems like a decent guy. Unfortunately, because of his father – and his father’s generals that probably STILL run the place – Syria has been destroyed.

And, I just saw it in a way that could not be ignored… yesterday.
