The Wuhan Coronavirus – Truth vs the Clickbait Kabuki Theater

Navigating the media dumpster fire surrounding this coronavirus epidemic is a challenge. Clickbait websites scream that the sky is falling, while incompetent governments run around DOING SOMETHING. The truth itself has been left at the side of the road, waiting for the next bus out of town.

What a depressing state of affairs.

When will we start demanding integrity and accountability from those who style themselves as ‘watchmen’?

We’re supposed to be Christians, while some of us seem to be more interested in foolish theories and clickbait lies that scratch their itching ears. And, while our attention is elsewhere, greater threats grow.

The Wuhan Virus – Frenzy, Fraud and Foolishness

It has been two days since my previous piece on this, and the con artists continue to come out of the woodwork. And, I am amazed that anyone is still listening to these lying liars. The good thing is that I get to update my list of hoaxers who are trying to twist your mind. It also gives me a chance to show you how to identify a fraud.

I’ve been doing this for 30 years, so I have some practice at this. And, as a professional writer, I know how to turn a phrase ‘this way’ or ‘that way’ to make what I say sound more credible.

SPECIAL REPORT: Viji Varghese (aka, V the Guerilla Economist)

For the last three or four years, Viji Varghese represented himself as a high level insider for the Royal Bank of Scotland. In reality, he sold televisions for Best Buy. The closest that he ever came to finance was his brief stint as an assistant branch manager, before being fired for not submitting a ‘suspicious activity report’.

Viji conned his way on to radio programs and YouTube interviews. He got himself on to Coast-to-Coast AM, SGTreport, USAWatchdog, the Hagmann Report and who knows who else.

And, he made a LOT of money.

I first heard him in 2013 and knew that he was lying, but I did not have proof. Now, I do.
