Afghanistan – What You Aren’t Hearing – Part One

If you are like me, you’ve been mesmerized by the utter catastrophe unfolding in Kabul. The Taliban have taken over and demonstrated just how weak and untrustworthy America is. Forty-five years of effort in rebuilding confidence in the US, was lost in just hours. It’s a tragedy of shocking proportions, but it’s not the whole story.

As I have tried to reveal the truth behind this tragedy, I have discovered a tangled web of deceit, corruption and utter incompetence. And, I can only give you a piece of it.

Afghanistan – What You Aren’t Hearing – Part One

When I started this article last week, my first thought was to our desperate brothers and sisters who live under an active threat of torture and death at the hands of the Taliban. The Taliban know who the Christians are, and they will do everything in their power to kill them as quickly and as horribly as possible. They converted from Islam to Christ, and the Qur’an commands that they be killed.

So, they will die, terribly.

But, let’s start with the obvious:

FOX NEWS REPORT: Kayleigh McEnany, Pastor X
& The Underground Church in Afghanistan (AFGHAN RELIEF)

That should not have been a surprise to you, since most Omega Shock readers know how evil Islam is. But, it gets worse. The US government is blocking the evacuation of Christians from Afghanistan.

This has happened before, so it’s not a surprise. And yes, the US government has in the past blocked desperate people fleeing certain death. If you need an example just go here:

A Ship of Jewish Refugees Was Refused US Landing in 1939. This Was Their Fate
https://www.history.com/news/wwii-jewish-refugee-ship-st-louis-1939

And, that is just one small example. Keep digging, and you will find more. But, it gets worse.

As I set about last week, attempting to nail down the conditions of Christians in Afghanistan, I ran into one of the most incredible Christians to ever speak out for the persecuted church:

Richard Wurmbrand

His testimony before congress, is here:

Richard Wurmbrand’s Testimony Before Congress – Friday, May 6, 1966

What he went through is so incredible, that I can hardly believe that he survived. The doctors who examined him, couldn’t believe it, either.

Richard went on to found an organization to support persecuted Christians behind the Iron Curtain. That ministry was called ‘Voice of the Martyrs’ (VOM). And, it was fine, as long as Richard was in charge. But, when he retired in 1992, the wolves took over.

‘Christian’ Wolves

I discovered that most of the money given to VOM is used for their own benefit. It rarely seems to reach the Christians who are suffering so terribly. And, they lie about the help that they are giving out. And, as I was digging into this problem, I discovered more and more ‘christian’ organizations stealing from our donations:

Missionary Organizations
https://www.billionbibles.com/missions-organizations.html

In that page, you’ll see links to a shocking amount of corruption. Not all of those missionary organizations are bad, but the majority are foul and evil. And, we let this happen. We did this, by letting the wolves take over.

It is time to put a stop to the wolves. I don’t care how good a message they have, but giving to Satan is wrong.

Here’s another link that will show you more evil:

The 50 Worst Charities in America- How to Keep from Being Scammed
https://smartasset.com/mortgage/the-50-worst-charities-in-america-how-to-keep-from-being-scammed

You have to be really evil to steal from widows and orphans. The question is…

How much of that evil rubs off on all of us who did not do our job to call out the evil in our midst?

The answer is…

…A LOT.

Now, I’m not an expert on ‘good ministries’, but here are a couple of links that might help – for those of you looking for someone to give to:

If you know of other links to organizations that are clearly managed well, let us know, with a comment in the comment section below. So, let’s get back to Afghanistan.

Afghan Christians

Here’s a video that struck me deeply:

AFGHAN CHRISTIAN: “We will continue God’s work”
A Message From the Underground Church in Afghanistan

This Afghan brother knows that he’s going to die, and we abandoned him. But, he has committed himself to continue the work of the Gospel, until his dying breath. And, I’m so sorry that we aren’t there to help him. I’m so sorry that America has a government that prefers to see him suffer and die.

An Afghan pastor was interviewed by Christianity Today a little over a week ago, here:

‘My Heart Is Broken’: An Afghan Pastor Grapples with the US Withdrawal
https://www.christianitytoday.com/ct/podcasts/quick-to-listen/afghanistan-christian-pastor-us-withdrawal-taliban-podcast.html

You can hear the podcast, here:

How ironic that one of the things that Christianity Today thought was important to ask was:

Did you have any women who were leading churches or doing evangelism, or did they show up in church leadership too?

Boy, you wouldn’t want anyone to stop women from being pastors. That would be terrible. Misogynist. You wouldn’t want that. Don’t listen to what Paul said to Timothy in 1 Timothy 2:12. Paul was a bad guy who suppressed women’s rights. We should get rid of Paul from the Bible. But, for all of Christianity Today’s corruption, Pastor David Paiman answered correctly. Well done. But, back to the plight of Afghan Christians…

Persecution Is Coming

As most of you know, I live off the coast of China, on an island called Taiwan. The persecution going on in China is terrible. And, here’s a link that should get you thinking:

Op-Ed: How Should Christians Prepare for Persecution? Chinese Believers Share These 3 Steps
https://www.westernjournal.com/op-ed-christians-prepare-persecution-chinese-believers-share-3-steps/

That article starts out like this:

Some years ago I met a pastor in China who’d been arrested on numerous occasions by communist authorities. Two things I will always remember about that pastor: his fearlessness and his packed bag.

The bag was packed with a change of clothes and a blanket. It was packed for prison. He was ready to go. His church was growing, new people were coming to faith in Christ and he was excited about the blessings his church was experiencing. The “price” of those blessings, he knew, was persecution; a price he would willingly pay. Thus, the packed bag.

Persecution is coming for Christians in America. It’s often what happens as empires go into decline and then fall. And one day, you too will need to consider ‘the packed bag’.

Earlier, I made reference to Richard Wurmbrand. And, there are two observations that he made, 50 years ago:

“I tremble because of the sufferings of those persecuted in different lands. I tremble thinking about the eternal destiny of their torturers. I tremble for Western Christians who don’t help their persecuted brethren. In the depth of my heart, I would like to keep the beauty of my own vineyard and not be involved in such a huge fight. I would like so much to be somewhere in quietness and rest. But it is not possible… The quietness and rest for which I long would be an escape from reality and dangerous for my soul… The West sleeps and must be awakened to see the plight of the captive nations.”

 – Richard Wurmbrand, Tortured for Christ

Unfortunately, Richard was unable to awaken the Christians in the West, who were fast asleep. A few took up his challenge, and I personally know one of those who smuggled carloads of Bibles past the Iron Curtain in the ’70s and ’80s. But, the spiritual corruption in our churches keeps getting worse.

“Whoever has known the spiritual beauty of the Underground Church cannot be satisfied anymore with the emptiness of some Western churches. I suffer in the West more than I suffered in a Communist jail because now I see with my own eyes Western civilization dying.”

 – Richard Wurmbrand, Tortured for Christ

And, I’ve seen it too. The churches in America are empty, corrupt and lifeless. And, I’ve seen far too many ‘missionaries’ who have come from the US, who are a reflection of these churches.

One Fearless Evangelist

But, let me end with one brave little missionary who has been, threatened, abused, beaten repeatedly and finally stabbed – nearly being killed. All for standing at a place called Speaker’s Corner in Hyde Park, in London, and sharing the Gospel with Muslims:

Hatun

Islam fears this little 5’2″ woman, because she is fearless in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

What’s our excuse for not doing the same?

I truly hope that you’ll be ready for this

A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.Proverbs 22:3

  1. Oh man. I am pained to see that about VOM and want to compare notes with you. About 2 1/2 years ago I ran across something, and it might have been that ‘billion bibles’ link you included, that so horrified me that I stopped my donations to VOM (they had been my main recipient of tithes for years and years) and send them an angry email. They responded in a professional manner and had me talk to a woman, I don’t recall her name or position, who explained the article I had read – remember there are two sides to everything – to my satisfaction and I resumed donations. I wish I could remember more detail. But it involved a misinformed and disgruntled person who went off the rails, and misrepresentation about the source of funding for a large new building. She assured me that the funds I gave and had designated for ministry were really given there.

We all need to take everything with a grain of salt these days. I often read something inflammatory and start to freak out, and then tell myself, could there be a hidden motive here or is someone writing about something they really don’t have a good grip on? Most notably, after following Martin Armstrong for about 6 years now and having a very good grip on what is typical of him, reading the Wikipedia entry on him sounds like it was written about some Wall Street scam artist. A friend of mine, who had never heard of him, read that after my recommendation of Armstrong and came away with the impression that he was some kind of criminal. I know Wikipedia is sometimes grossly warped, when the content is anything controversial. If you want to know the habits of some rare Amazonian tree-dwelling creature, it’s probably OK. But I digress.

And yes, Afghanistan is a nightmare of indescribable proportions. Have been praying intensely about it since it went down. I will investigate your links for a good charity to help them.

The Glenn Beck video was especially horrifying. It reminds me of when the Yazidis in Irag were fleeing to the mountains and in desperate need of the basics, like water, and the Obama administration arranged to give it to them. By dropping gallon plastic jugs several hundred feet from helicopters. They will burn in hell.

Still praying for you too, brother.

    • Hi DRG,

Thank you so much for your prayers. I really appreciate them.

Now, hold onto your seat, ‘cuz I have some harsh words for VOM – that I hope are wrong. But, you don’t need to look very far to find VOM’s corruption. Here is what Richard Wurmbrand’s son had to say:

      https://www.wurmbrandmichael.com/

That is a damning indictment. That alone should be everything that we need to know, but it gets worse:

      https://thouarttheman.org/2017/04/24/voice-martyrs-vom-funded-abuse-nigerian-orphans/

      https://www.christiantoday.com/article/heartbreaking-controversy-hits-voice-of-the-martyrs-persecution-charity-in-nigeria/109135.htm

That’s not Michael speaking. Those are the voices of people who had supported VOM, and were being told to shut up about the evil that VOM helped create.

Furthermore, they do NOT disclose where your donations go. They do not disclose what percentage of your donation goes to salaries, property upkeep, etc. And, they have proven themselves to be dishonest in their activities.

Worse, they are endangering Chinese Christians through their activities – all for the purpose of ‘good marketing’.

Here’s that ‘Billion Bibles’ link again:

      https://billionbibles.com/voice-of-the-martyrs.html

What is said there rings true. No matter what a slick PR operator says, VOM has proven itself to not be worthy of Richard Wurmbrand’s legacy. They should be ashamed of themselves, but they aren’t.

Oh, and who is the CEO? Right, the ex-mayor of the town.

They need to repent of what they have done, sell their HQ, and move back to the original building. They have shamed the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and they have an eternity of suffering ahead of them if they do not turn from their wicked ways.

Okay, sorry about how that must sound, but I don’t know how else to say it. I have seen a lot of ‘christian corruption’ over the years, and it should never, ever be allowed. Yet, we allow it. That needs to stop, and stop now.

It sounds like a better ministry to donate to, would be:

      https://galcom.org/

They are actively making sure that the gospel is being shared throughout the world, and they work on a hair thin budget:

      https://www.billionbibles.com/galcom.html

Are there others? I don’t know.

As for Afghanistan… we have some serious blow back coming. And, it’s setting us up for Gog and Magog. Lord willing, that will be in Part Two.

Thank you for that input, DRG. I appreciate it, and I hope that I’m wrong about VOM.

      Yours in Christ,

      John Little

  2. Good morning from cold, wet and locked down New Zealand John.

It is good to hear from you brother, and good to hear your doing well. May the Lord continue to preserve you and your wonderful insights.

What a total disaster Afghanistan is, but are we honestly surprised? How many have attempted to conquer and subject that nation and failed. The only salvation (no pun intended) here for our brothers and sisters in Christ is that it is under persecution when the church grows. However, the anticipated refugee crisis that will head for Europe is only going to further islamify Europe if they don’t stop it. But with the Middle East already saturated with refugees that may prove to be impossible. Strange times indeed.

I disagree with your heading Persecution is coming.. but only because I say its already here. Though it is going to intensify for sure, and in some respects we are responsible for that ourselves.

All I have to do is look around the world to see Christians protesting over their lack of freedoms, marching in antivax demonstrations, holding worship services without masks etc. Yes I know the objections and reasons why…. the number of times I have heard this is ‘the beast system’, the vax is the ‘mark of the beast’ etc. Have any of these people actually ever picked up a bible and read it?

How many times in the new testament are we compelled in the letters to obey the authorities God has put over us? Why do we reject the examples the new testament espouses? The church has become double minded; just as we want to obey only the laws we agree with, it is also evident that we only want to obey God when it suits us.

And where are the churches? Where is the body of Christ in this time and in this hour? I have seen reports of Sikhs coming together and delivering food to the needy. reports of Muslims coming together to support their community. What do I hear of the church? “I won’t wear a mask! I don’t have to obey your laws, Gods laws are higher!” God has a law or command not to wear a mask? Wow, I missed that one, can someone quote me chapter and verse please. “But they won’t let me go to church!” I’m sorry…. is the church that building down the road, or is it you? If you were trapped alone on a desert island could you not worship Christ? Would God reject you for some reason because you couldn’t fellowship with others? Of course not!

The bible is clear. Where mans law explicitly goes against Gods commands, we obey God. The pastors example you gave just expresses the Apostles to me. It reminds me of Peter and John going before the Sanhedrin and being ordered to stop preaching Christ. They didn’t protest or resist going to prison, nor did Paul. But too many today seem to want follow Peter’s example of picking up the sword and fight for their so called freedoms. Yet the only real freedom they seem to be fighting for is the freedom to be a hypocrite.

Yes, the persecution of the church is going to increase. Is it any wonder when we are making ourselves a pariah in society.

Do I agree with what governments are doing the world over in regards to the pandemic? By no means. It has been amazing to watch and listen to the criticism of China and Russia’s domestic policies over the years, only to see how quickly our own governments turn authoritarian (and how quickly the people submit). But the resistance and paranoia that has emerged in the body of Christ around vaccines, the new world order and authoritarianism is insane. Do any of these ‘Christians’ have an iota of trust in the Lord?
Were we not repeatedly warned in the Bible of these times? Do we think we can somehow change or delay Gods will?

Sadly it seems the body of Christ would rather live in fear of Satan and his kingdom, rather than trust in the Lord our saviour and His Kingdom. I wonder how many of those Christians living in fear will abandon their faith when put to the test because they love their lives more than they do Christ.

The Lord Jesus bless you and Mrs Little abundantly brother.
Thank you for all the wonderful work you do.
    Peter

    • Hi Peter,

Good points. Most Christians do not understand what’s happening, or their proper place in it. They’ve been caught by the cares of this world, instead of thinking about eternity.

The question about churches meeting in defiance of government mandates is difficult. Sure, wear masks. I’m actually for that indoors. But, where is the limit? When do churches fail in their duty to meet together? I’ve seen churches being closed for more than a year, and that’s waaaaaay over the line.

There’s a line somewhere that shouldn’t be crossed, and I’m not completely sure where it is. And, I don’t want to jump up and down and yell about rights. We don’t have any. But, we do need fellowship, desperately.

Great comment, Peter. Thank you. This world is not our own.

      Yours in Christ,

      John Little

Partnership for indigenous peoples International is stellar Christian organization.

  4. Hi John,
great to hear that!! Expect more prayers, and God bless you!

This is very painful article; for two reasons. The first is obvious, but the second… For all the morons involved, there will be the bill to pay for that. I’ve already said that the world is watching and drawing conclusions, but, speaking for myself, I would have never imagined things like that. Yes, the Soviets have paid heavy price, and had to leave Afghanistan. But, it was operation planned a year in advance. It was organized and may be even called professional. They left behind a puppet government which survived longer than the Soviet Union itself. So, what is the pathetic show we see today? I think that a major shift is taking place. God save us all…
    Yours in Christ
    Chris

  5. Great news for you, John. Obviously, you have a job to do and our great God is giving you the time to do it.

I remember reading Richard Wurmbrand’s book. Also Corrie ten Boom’s, The Hiding Place, although she was from a different era. We are entering similar, possibly worse times. May God grant us courage and strength to face our challenges. We must put on the whole armor of God as outlined in Ephesians 6.

I remember Corrie writing about her father’s encouragement. She asked about the coming possible persecution, how they could meet the challenge. He compared it to taking a train trip. You knew where, when and how you were going, but you didn’t receive the ticket until it was time to go.

  6. Re: Glen Beck on Tucker Carlson:
We were in that part of the world for several years. The US State Department is made up of some of the most worldly people you can imagine. The ambassador in the country we were in was living openly with his gay partner. That was the (official) face of the US there. We tried to counteract that but we really didn’t need the handicap. BUT–people overseas know the Christians are different. For example, the Chinese know Christian ESL teachers are much higher-quality people than the secular ones. Word gets around. I’m sure you know all about it.
It’s terrible to realize what the believers are going through and going to go through in Afghanistan. We had friends in Kabul and Mazar-i-Sharif. But we’re preparing our hearts for the same here. At least the Taliban have moral standards, as warped and twisted as they are. Our elite have none. They are truly dead while they live.
PTL for your good bill of health. Blessings to you.

    • Tell me about it! There’s a deadness about these people, as if they gave up their souls for their careers. And, I don’t think that they’re all that well paid. At least, not nearly enough. May God prepare our hearts for what is coming. Excellent comment, David. – JL

  7. hello brother john
good to hear from you i think often about you and your situation

i had a very difficult life this is just one example so bitter over all this experiences i am

i have no vaccination not able to meet people or other things to do nearly i had accident almost my legs could be off by a car but i could barely escape i could thank the lord for it sigh sigh

    love from sister nadine

    • Nadine, thank you so much for this personal account of VOM. May I ask which country this refers to? I know that wherever there is money to get one’s hands into, parasites appear. Wherever there is a large collection of children with no one to defend them, worse things appear. This happens everywhere including a terribly infested church-run nursing home in my hometown area. The only answer is vigilant policing, and I suppose the larger the organization the more unwieldy it becomes. I was unsure of what I should do, stay or bail, and this was the deciding piece of information for me. Thank you again.

  8. OK, I just called VOM and talked to them. Here’s what they said:

The board members are all volunteers and are not paid. One of them used to be a “vice mayor”, whatever that is, but it is not true that the mayor of the town is a leader there. My donations I had earmarked for bible distribution and front line workers and 100% of them have gone to that.

Administration costs and salaries come out of the “where needed most” category of donations, and the administration costs amount to 11.3 % of it and fundraising 5.8%. 82.9% of the “where most needed” goes to the ministry.

All of this sounds like what I was told when I called a couple years ago, but I asked another question this time, and they had no hesitation at all in answering: I asked, do you have a CEO and what is his salary? They said yes, his name is Cole Richards, and his salary is $173,557.00. I was, I confess, in a Salem Witch Hunt state of mind. I recognized that I could be wrong, but I was in a mood. I had read about the orphanage stuff in Nigeria, and I discussed that with them 2 years ago and they had an explanation for that too but I forgot to bring it up again and I forgot what the explanation was 2 years ago. I am getting senile. I’m also on brain-fog statins and have been meaning to change to a better one. But I do remember very clearly the Tom White mess, and what a mess it was. One has to wonder how long he worked with them and you’d think SOMEBODY would know what was going on and speak up.

Anyway, what happened was, after hearing about the CEO’s salary I said, that tells me everything I need to know. His heart is definitely not for the glory of God. She said, I know him personally and I can tell you that his heart is absolutely for the glory of God. I said, he could help so many more people if he would live modestly and leave this money in the ministry. She said, we need people who are qualified. I don’t doubt that. But it should be compassion for the persecuted, not obtaining a competitive salary, that draws them to and keeps them in the position. I told her to stop my donations effective immediately. She said I wish I could change your mind. I said, here is what I would like you to think about, and please tell everyone in your office: Jesus said there was no better preacher than John the Baptist, and he said if you have (even as much as, my paraphrase) 2 cloaks, give one to someone who has none. He could leave so much more to help others and still have a very comfortable life. I didn’t say this, but am reminded of a refugee from either Iraq or Syria when they were freezing to death in the mountains, and he burned his shoes to try and keep his 8-year-old daughter a little warmer for a little longer. Tell me $50 worth of supplies would not have meant everything to them.

So, VOM may not be as bad as some say, and I do recall now that the ‘disgruntled person’ was Wurmbrand’s son, who seemed to have some kind of screw loose somewhere. Samuel grew up watching the mess between Eli and his sons, yet was still unable to keep his own sons on the right track. It happens. I am deeply disturbed at the thought that my donations, a significant amount from an income dwarfed by their CEO’s, might not be well used. And still I could be wrong, perhaps they are. But I feel that I should err on the side of caution, so I went ahead and terminated with them and will be researching for other ministries that seem responsible and committed to the right things.

    • I truly hope that VOM is not as bad as advertised. And yes, Michael Wurmbrand might have more than one screw loose. And, there are definitely worse charities. It it time for charities to be truly accountable. They don’t need to take a ‘vow of poverty’, but they need to show us that they are good stewards. Good for you, for keeping them on their toes, DRG. – JL

      • There’s more. After my conversation with that VOM staff member yesterday, the one I spoke to 2 years ago emailed me. Everything both of them said has been reasonable and professional, and most likely they are conscientiously doing their best in an organization they honestly believe in. But. I do recall they had their explanations that they had done as much as they could about the Tom White investigation and the Nigerian orphan thing, and the rest was up to the authorities or something; but Nadine’s account was the deciding factor for me, in that I can go forward without a nagging feeling that I might have bailed unnecessarily. I had already decided to terminate donations to them out of an abundance of caution, but this tells me that even if my donations go 100% to the field, from the central office’s perspective, no one is ensuring they are not wasted there and the parasites are having a field day. Disheartening is putting it mildly. I will be responding to VOM accordingly.

  9. I have not been receiving your newsletter in several months and could no longer view you on YouTube. I found you here today. I am in the US and many of us are becoming fearful of persecution and yea it IS coming.

    • Hi Cindy,

The newsletter gets blocked a lot, so I’m sorry that it has happened to you.

Unfortunately, the last two centuries has been an unusual period of peace for the Body of Christ in The West. This means that people are not ready for persecution. Worse, false teachers have used this freedom from persecution to claim that this is normal. It isn’t.

The average American does not understand why people hate Christians. And, they don’t understand it, because they have not been taught the reason why. Christians in Asia and Africa know what it means to die for Christ. Europe and the Americas will one day understand also.

The question is, what happens between now and then?

I plan on shedding light on that subject in the future. And no, the Antichrist is not coming soon. Other events come first.

Sorry to not be able to be more positive, Cindy.

      Yours in Christ,

      John Little
      omegashock.com

      • Hi John,

What were you thinking of when your wrote, “The average American does not understand why people hate Christians?”

        • Hi Jeff C-C,

After living in Asia for 25+ years, and communicating with American Christians, I can confidently say that American Christians are completely clueless. They literally do not understand why anyone would hate Christianity or hate followers of Christ.

More Christians are being killed for their faith, every day in 2021, than almost any other time in history. Yet, American Christians continue to think that God would never allow them to suffer. As if there was something wrong with the African and Asian Christians that are suffering and dying every day.

Some American Christians get it, but they are a tiny minority. Yes, American Christians might claim to know about persecution, that it’s possible. But, it’s meaningless to them.

I don’t actually want American Christians to understand why faith in Christ is hated so much, but I’m tired of the heresies that have been promoted by our corrupt seminaries. And because they won’t listen to the truth, I’m afraid that persecution is the only way that our sleeping brothers and sisters will wake up from their slumber.

And the amount of moral corruption in our churches is shocking.

American Christianity needs to stop being American and start being Christian.

I hope that helps clarify my point, Jeff.

          Yours in Christ,

    • When I was young, I didn’t understand how difficult insomnia was. That is, until I got it myself. It runs in my family, so it’s not a surprise. The best that advice that I’ve heard is exercise. Lots of it. Sorry that I don’t have better answer, Nadine. – JL

  11. brother John
can you give us an overview of the prayersrequests of your readers there are others who asks for prayer so we can pray for them too
there is no oversight of it
we can also tell here when prayers are answered this give a lot of courage like your story
    thank you

    • This is a good idea, and I would love to do something like that. It has been on my ‘to do’ list for a while, but I have had difficulty getting to this. It would be great if there was a Christian forum for this already. Great idea, Nadine. Thank you for reminding me. – JL

  12. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the safety of the infusion treatment being used for folks with c***d. Our community is inundated with cases and a lot of people are doing that saying it helps them heal more quickly.

  13. Great news brother John about your health! There is much power in prayer. I have been blessed by all the hard work you put into Omegashock.com sending you a little something so you can take yourself and Mrs.Little out for a good cheeseburger I pray you have found a place there that makes a good one!

  14. hello i dont think michael wurmbrand is loosing it why are you saying that ? i can feel the hurt they did to him to.use his familyname to get gifts from people and misuse it
i do believe folllowing my own experience with that organisation there are a lot of greedy wolves and for freemason christians a place to get a well paid job with great comfort i know of some so called christians who work for christian organisationd they seek comfort and richness but not serving the Lord. the department of VOM was Belgium every year they traveled abroad with other members of the organisation and could travel with small amount to other countries the woman was so excited about it but was never excited about help to chrisian martyrs because they didnt do that only 5 percent was used to help other expenses were for their household !
i never gave money anymore from my meager income since then

    • Hi Nadine,

No one is claiming that Michael Wurmbrand is a bad Christian, or even crazy. But, whenever someone attacks a supposedly Christian organization, we should always ask the question about whether the person making the accusations is seeing something real. They might have been mistaken. They might value something more highly than is proper.

I certainly have made my share of mistakes, so it’s possible that Michael might also be mistaken.

Having said that, I believe that Michael is right. VOM is run and managed by wolves. And, I suspect that most ‘christian’ charities are as well. Nothing draws wolves like the smell of money. I’ve watched it happen.

I hope that helps, Nadine. May God bless you and keep you safe.

      Yours in Christ,

      John Little
