Killing Us, Like They Killed Rome

Popular history likes to blame the Germans for the fall of Rome, but reality tells a different tale. It was suicide, plain and simple – the same kind of self-inflicted destruction that the US and Europe are going through, right now.

We are killing ourselves, just like Rome did. The only difference is that our fall will kill a lot more, and the barbarians howling at our gates are mostly Chinese.

Greed and stupidity was what really killed the Romans. Greedy elites and stupid peasants. It’s a story that was old before Romulus was even a glint in his father’s eye.

Killing Us, Like They Killed Rome

Did you know that the United States military is the greatest the world has ever seen because of its diversity?

No, really. The official mouthpiece of the US military actually said that diversity was why it was so great.

Diversity…

Not combat effectiveness.

Not logistics.

Not superior weapons, strategy or even tactics.

…Diversity.

You can actually read it for yourself, here:

Press Secretary Smites Fox Host That Dissed Diversity in U.S. Military
https://www.defense.gov/Explore/News/Article/Article/2534159/press-secretary-smites-fox-host-that-dissed-diversity-in-us-military/

Yup. That’s a US Defense Department website. And, the ‘Fox Host’ that was smitten so mightily, was none other than Tucker Carlson. Here’s his response:

Tucker responds to Pentagon’s criticism of his show

As an American, that’s embarrassing. What an astonishingly pathetic end to what was once a great country and an audacious experiment in freedom. We fought and died to free ourselves from rapacious empires. We fought and died to eliminate the scourge of slavery. And now, with all that we’ve accomplished behind us, we’ve decided to turn the gun on ourselves.

All because of greedy politicians and foolish peasants.

Yeah.

You and me.

Peasants.

Oh, I know that many will claim that Biden wasn’t really elected, that the election was stolen. But, that doesn’t matter. What matters is that our society has become a hollowed-out shell of its former self, a mere shadow of former greatness. And, we were warned that this would happen by my favorite founding father:

“Our Constitution was made for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

 – John Adams, 2nd President of the United States of America

Yeah. Moral and religious. That’s not America anymore. That can’t even describe American churches. We can’t even get our supposedly Christian ‘leadership’ to be moral and religious.

Christian Corruption – Steve Quayle And Also The ESV

Are there ANY Christian leaders that are moral and religious?

Take Steve Quayle. That name hit my inbox this week, with more evidence that he is neither moral or religious. In addition to his dishonesty, corruption and lack of integrity, we can now add plagiarism:

Open note: Stephen Quayle’s book “Genesis 6 Giants” contains plagiarized material
https://truefreethinker.com/open-note-stephen-quayles-book-genesis-6-giants-contains-plagiarized-material/

Quayle’s website is chock full of garbage, and I can always tell when someone has been reading the foolishness that he posts. Half-baked tales of Nazis under the ice, space aliens, super secret bases under ground and in outer space, and so much nonsense that whatever truth he does tell is completely obscured by the lies. And, he has been doing this for so long that you would think that Christians would have stopped paying attention to him.

Being Christian is more than just claiming that Jesus is your Savior. It also means fearing God, being honest, having integrity, admitting your sins, forgiving others and loving your brothers. It means being dedicated to truth.

Steve Quayle is NOT dedicated to truth.

He’s not even honest, for crying out loud. So please, stop listening to him, and to the people who are in his ‘circle of friends’. Lies will not protect you when things start falling apart.

Here, let’s add some other Christian corruption.

Did you know that the English Standard Version also used the Samaritan Bible (aka, the Samaritan Pentateuch) as an input to their translation?

That’s right. The Samaritans. The heretics of the Old Testament. Who worshiped a different god. Those Samaritans. And, the guys who translated the ESV, used that ‘bible’.

Now do you understand why ESV translators couldn’t translate Genesis 3:16 or 4:7?

You can find more about that, here:

The Most Corrupt Election in American History
https://omegashock.com/2020/11/06/the-most-corrupt-election-in-american-history/

I will be doing a deeper dive into the errors of the English Standard Version of the Bible in a few months, but what I’ve seen so far is absolutely appalling. The idea that Christians would willingly do so much damage to the precious words of God is beyond my ability to comprehend.

How can we claim to follow Christ while being so full of corruption?

I’m not sure that I want to know the answer. I suffer from enough depression already. All that we really need to know is that we’ve destroyed ourselves. Utterly. Completely.

We’re Doomed

So, when I look at the price of oil and the utter insanity of America’s energy policies, it’s just confirmation of what we should already know:

America and Europe are doomed.

Like the Roman Empire, the United States and the European Union were destroyed from within. Greedy politicians and foolish peasants conspired to tear apart something that was important, something that could have endured if we weren’t so awful.

Why did we have to be this stupid?

I truly hope that you’ll be ready for this

A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.Proverbs 22:3

  1. Thanks for exposing Steve Quayle’s brazen plagiarizing in his “Giants” book, I’ve had serious doubts about him for years with his claims of physically seeing Jesus and hearing directly from God, I think the canon has been closed since the New Testament Apostles. No big surprise about Quayle but I’ve trusted some of the ministries he’s been a guest on ie Prophecy Watchers and Skywatch TV, Gary Stearman, and Tom Horn’s outfits. now I’ll have to pray and rethink supporting them. Thanks again for sharing and for your fidelity to biblical truth. Sola Scriptura

    • Unfortunately, you can never be popular, if you have integrity. As Jesus said, “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” (Mark 8:36). May the Holy Spirit guide us all. Keep up the good work, Steve. – JL

    • THAT is AWFUL. But, I have good news. Civilization will be knocked down so hard that they won’t be able to do this. The bad news is… (All of which has had me spooked and devoted to finishing my book.) Sorry about being incommunicado. Lord willing, the hardest part of this book is over. Thanks for that, DRG. – JL

  2. Hi John!

Thank you for another article 😄.

Bible wise, have been going between the NKJV and Interlinear (INT). An eye opener for sure. This cool thing about BibleHub’s Interlinear is that you can cut and paste the Hebrew and Greek words to double-check translation. When I especially see “may” or “might”, I do this and come to find out those two words are the majority of the time inserted into the translation and not part of the original phrase or word. Disconcerting to say the least.

A recent example is 1 Peter 2:1-3. The NKJV says the following:

“Therefore, laying aside all malice, all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and evil speaking, as newborn babes desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby, if indeed you have tastes that the Lord is gracious.”

The INT says the following, and I ended up putting a change in translation in brackets because one of the words was translated as “you may grow up”, but when I cut and pasted the Greek word (αὐξηθῆτε) it came up as “increased.”

“Having put aside therefore all malice, and all deceit, and hypocrisy, and envies, and all evil speakings, like newborn babies, reasonable pure milk crave, so that by it [you increase] in respect to salvation, if indeed you have tastes that [is] good the Lord.”

Also notice the difference of translation in the part about the pure milk and at the end between gracious and good. No wonder people get confused between translations!

This is why it is so important, as followers of Christ, to be in His word everyday and do deeper dives. Not only for our spiritual health, but to get into the deep end of Bible study and grow in His understanding. He will help us, especially as we seek first His Kingdom and righteousness!

Also of note, my husband has witnessed a big 180 change in Mike Adams of NaturalNews. Apparently he has come to faith in our Lord Jesus and has been openly speaking about it and encouraging people to seek Him. Worth checking out at least, especially with what has happened in the past.

Thank you again for all you and your wife do and the LORD bless you and keep you both!

    ~Jennifer

    • Well done, Jennifer. This is the kind of thing that we all need to do. Excellent work. And, this is great news about Mike Adams. I have despaired over his ‘network’, since I’ve proven him wrong, too many times. Lord willing, this change of heart will give him more integrity. But, these things take time. Great comment! – JL

PS. The hardest part of my recent book effort might be over. I’ve been thoroughly horrified by what has popped out at me.

        • Hey DRG,

I think that I have been mentally ignoring the global earthquake that will knock everything down. And, as I looked more closely at why Damascus will never be rebuilt (Isaiah 17), I began to realize just how big this earthquake will be. And, tsunamis? What about those? This will be more than just the electricity going out. And, having to revisit the death and destruction that Israel will suffer was kinda painful, all by itself.

I will get this sorted out eventually, but it has been a little hard to treat our current and more mundane challenges seriously, when I know that ginormous calamity is in the not-too-distant future.

Sorry to be so cryptic, DRG.

          Yours in Christ,

          John Little

  3. Please tell me which version you advise & why. I’ve been through so many & now am on the ESV.

    Thank you
    Donna

    • I had hope that the ESV would be better than the others, but it doesn’t look like it is. Lord willing, I will be able to point out the errors, when I have more time. I need to finish my book, which has been horrifying me at almost every step of the way. Thanks for that question, Donna. – JL

  4. Hi John,
great, good luck with your book! While waiting to read it, I just finished another book, so let me bother you with a short review. This one:
    https://otf.selz.com/item/pdf-the-next-end-of-the-world-the-rebirth-of-catastrophism
It’s short (109 pages) but great summary of what we know, and what’s now happening both in space and under our feet. There are no words like possibly-maybe-probably. It’s just what we know. All the mechanisms behind what’s going to happen to us are explained clearly, based on current state of science. There is a logical argument for every statement and conclusion. In fact it’s like technical appendix to Revelation (at least, in my eyes). A few citations from last page (section “My Best Estimates”), with my own comments in brackets [].
“Earth’s Magnetic Field Will Decrease to The Point Where Modern Society Breaks Down
    Between 2030 and 2050.
In the Model Presented in This Book: The Solar Micronova, Magnetic Excursion and Great
Waves are Due to Occur within 10-40 years.”
[note: Ben adds this is based on the ongoing speed of Earth changes. But we know, and he knows, for a fact, that the changes we observe do _accelerate_]
“I Expect a Reduction of 20-50% of the Earth’s Biology”
[have a feeling I’ve red this before – “And a third of the earth was burned up, and a third of the trees were burned up … A third of the living creatures in the sea died”…]
“I Expect Human Losses Will Be 75-95%, Mainly Due to Our Lack of Survival Awareness”
“I Expect the Earth to Tilt ~90 Degrees … New Poles: Bay of Bengal & Ecuador/Peru”
[well, Poland goes tropical, Taiwan is turned into Iceland, equator goes along France-Germany border and so on… What’s interesting, if it goes that way, there are two areas whose relation to the equator and the poles will not significantly change. One is some boring place in the middle of Pacific. The second is roughly around… Israel]
    So… interesting book indeed.
    Yours in Christ
    Chris

    • Excellent. I’ve been planning on getting that book and reading it myself, after my current book project is finished – especially since I want to redo Ezekiel’s Fire. So, it’s good to see confirmation that Ben’s book is worth reading. Thanks, Chris! – JL

  5. Oh dear. Oh dear. Oh dear. In his private blog, Martin is starting to refer to Zimbabwe as an example of what we in the US are facing with the left in control of the spending …. this is NOT good ….
