As we watch the global economy and financial system collapse around us, we need to remember that the Bible lays out the pattern that will govern events over the rest of these Last Days. According to the Bible, certain things must occur in a certain way for prophecy to be fulfilled. And, since God is in control, we know that those events WILL happen, right on time.
Our challenge is to keep what the Bible says in mind. If we use the words of God as the lens with which to view the world, we won’t be shaken by catastrophe.

By now, you’ve been hearing a lot about TEOTWAWKI (The End Of The World As We Know It – and yes, I feel fine). Some of those squawking about disaster and falling skies are even Christian. The problem is that few seem to be reading what God says will happen. And, I find that strange.
Why are we so reluctant to actually read and believe the Bible?
Anyway, the Bible points us directly to where we are going. And, you can see that destination, here:
And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
That head was all-but-dead. Yes, there might have been a trickle of life left in it, but it doesn’t matter. There was no way that this head was going to revive without supernatural help. And, the Bible describes ‘supernatural help’ coming in the form of a seven-headed red dragon. That dragon heals the seventh head of The Beast – which then becomes the eighth head.
Why is this important?
Because I believe that our current ‘world order’ is the seventh head. And, it is clear from Daniel 8, that our current system needs to collapse, so that the center of power shifts to Southeast Europe or Southwest Asia.
Why?
Well, if you remember the vision from Daniel 8, a male sheep with two horns creates a great empire. Here are the two verses that we are talking about:
Then I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, there stood before the river a ram which had two horns: and the two horns were high; but one was higher than the other, and the higher came up last.
I saw the ram pushing westward, and northward, and southward; so that no beasts might stand before him, neither was there any that could deliver out of his hand; but he did according to his will, and became great.
THAT is the Persian Empire. The two horns are the Medes and the Persians that eventually became just Persia. And, history shows that it almost succeeded in conquering all of Greece. And, we still run marathons, to this day, in memory of the great defeat of Persia at – you guessed it – Marathon.
Then, the Persians got fat and sloppy. And that gave another animal a chance to rise. This animal gets four verses in Daniel 8:
And as I was considering, behold, an he goat came from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground: and the goat had a notable horn between his eyes.
And he came to the ram that had two horns, which I had seen standing before the river, and ran unto him in the fury of his power.
And I saw him come close unto the ram, and he was moved with choler against him, and smote the ram, and brake his two horns: and there was no power in the ram to stand before him, but he cast him down to the ground, and stamped upon him: and there was none that could deliver the ram out of his hand.
Therefore the he goat waxed very great: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven.
History tells us that Alexander rose at a moment when Persia was weak, corrupt and stretched too thin. This gave Alexander a chance to use superior tactics and technology to grab everything from modern-day Turkey, through to the Indus River of Pakistan.
Unfortunately, Alexander got sick (or was poisoned) and died, without having an heir strong enough to take over his empire. His wife, Roxana, was pregnant at the time – with Alexander IV – but was murdered along with her son, 14 years later. And, that’s how Alexander’s empire splintered into four main pieces. And this is where we get to our main point.
Daniel’s vision refers to a ‘man of fierce countenance’ that rises out of one of the four kingdoms of Alexander. That man MUST be the Antichrist – and not Antiochus IV (aka, Antiochus Epiphanes). I describe why, here:

This means that the Antichrist can ONLY come from one of these countries:

Of course not.

That is not upstate New York. It’s not Chicago. It’s not Florida. It is nowhere in Europe or the United States. It’s the Middle East, plus a bit extra. So, if anyone claims that this person or that person is the Antichrist, ask them if they come from anywhere on that map.
In fact, let me point out some favorite alleged-antichrists. I hope that you are sitting down when I says this, but…
Donald Trump is not – and cannot be – the Antichrist.
Barack Obama isn’t the Antichrist, either. Nor is George Bush, Bill Clinton, Henry Kissinger, Richard Nixon, or any of a host of people nominated for the office of Antichrist. And, for those of you outside the United States, this insanity of calling the Antichrist, is a long-standing, American tradition. Pretty much every president of the United States has been called the Antichrist.
It’s time to stop.
We know where the Antichrist comes from, and it’s time to stop ignoring what the Bible says about this. And, I am so very, very tired of ignorant Christians. But, that’s not really the main point. The main point is about the head with the ‘deadly wound’.
The Bible makes it clear that the Antichrist revives the ’empire’ of the ‘Seventh Head’ by healing the deadly wound that destroyed it in Revelation 13:3. This means that the power of America and Europe must be destroyed, before the Antichrist arrives. And, at least one part of that destruction would include catastrophic financial collapse. In fact, if an EMP attack is not used against America, the only way that America is going to fall is by destroying her economy and financial system.
And, that is happening right now.
Lord willing, I will get into more of this later, but one thing should be clear. Life, as we know it, is over. A new, more grim reality lies ahead. The fall of our system won’t happen in a day, and there will be times when we might feel optimistic. But, those moments of prosperity will not last.
It’s all downhill from here.

Yeah, it’s that ‘hockey stick’ that AlGore popularized. And, since we tend to think in a linear fashion, we always get side-swiped by those exponentials.
The question is… do we have enough good data on the Wuhan Coronavirus to actually manage this pandemic properly? We are starting to find out that Chinese testing kits have a horrifying failure rate, which makes me wonder about what we saw in Hubei province. The other thing is that South Korea, Taiwan and Japan have been able to maintain economic life during this outbreak – without resorting to extreme measures.
Ultimately, the question is irrelevant, because we have already destroyed ourselves. The damage that we have already sustained cannot be undone quickly. And, the resulting collapse will shake the confidence of the world, and ‘shaken confidence’ leads to a severe depression in economic activity.
How our economic system unravels will be interesting. But, the human cost will be extreme. The Powers that Be did not think this through, so we will pay a heavy price.

Hello again. By now I’m sure many of you have seen Armstrong’s posts to the effect that the UK has examined the latest real data on covid-19 and “come to its senses” and realized all of this has been unnecessary. And that the Ferguson model was wrong; and that the White House is now trying to explain this. I really wonder if the US general population will ever “get” that our economy and many individuals have been permanently bankrupted for no real reason, or true to cognitive dissonance theory will cling to the idea that we must err on the side of caution, cost being irrelevant, because it is just too distressing to face the magnitude of what was just forcibly taken from us. And for nothing. Should they ever get it, in enough numbers, I wonder what the backlash would be against the PTB who forced this upon us?
I have two rabid leftist friends, both of which I tried briefly to discuss this with and both of which immediately erupted into such a rage, complete with hissing and snarling, that it was literally impossible to get one word in edgewise and brought the conversation to a halt. One is a long-time atheist and I don’t know how the other perceives herself but she is certainly disparaging of Christianity. Most Christians recognize that as temporary ruler of this world, Satan is intensely involved in politics. We can detect the reek of corruption everywhere. But this really brought it home to me, and also brought to mind the wording of that one verse where because they loved not the truth, delusion was brought upon them so they would believe a lie. I can see part of that in action here, if not the literal subject of that prophecy then at least the concept. These two people have always turned away from the truth, and with a certain diabolical glee. Seriously. They are almost joyous in their support of abortion as a wonderful thing. They laugh uproariously at the idiocy of backward, ignorant, superstitious Christians. I have prayed for both of them for years, and have no idea how to talk to them. They have such a resistance built up to any approach I might take. So I pray for the Holy Spirit to reach them however possible, maybe by scaring the daylights out of them with a near-death experience. It might well take something that extreme. Unless the Lord created a communication miracle for them, I can’t imagine anything I say having any effect. So I just pray, but without much hope for them. It will be entirely the Lord’s doing, by some miraculous means, to turn them around. It has been very interesting to me to see delusion in action, up close and personal. It’s almost as if a veil is dropped before their eyes and prevents them from seeing even the simplest logic. I said to one, that as a nurse I’ve noticed that because of school closures now about half the nurses can’t come to work because they have no child care on such short notice. My friend said proudly that her community (Minneapolis-St Paul) had come up with an ingenious solution to this: they had turned the schools into day care centers. I kid you not. With a perfectly straight face, and she is a graduate-degree educated woman who has been working for Democratic causes all her life. I said, how does changing the name of the building from school to day care center affect the transmissibility of disease? She said they kept the kids in groups of 10. Huh? Like you couldn’t do a similar thing in a school, and at least keep it in session? This is beyond idiocy. I don’t know how an intelligent person can swallow such nonsense, and become absolutely irate when it is questioned, instead of thinking rationally about what is said and considering it objectively. That’s what delusion looks like. You can’t reason with it.

ps, forgot to add- at the time of the conversation about school-vs-day care in Minneapolis-St Paul, my friend stated that the number of coronavirus cases in Minnesota was about 150, with one death. And no inkling that there was anything disproportionate about shutting down the entire state and forcing hundreds if not thousands of small business owners to forego a month or more of income, while still paying expenses, over this.
I would like to see, juxtaposed with these coronavirus ‘death’ stats, the number of frail elderly dying with respiratory complications in addition to what REALLY killed them. Just for scale. Anne Barnhardt has noted that a person in Pennsylvania who fell and hit his head, and died from that, was nevertheless listed as a coronavirus death because he happened to be co-infected with that. As are about 50% of the general population, according to the latest study from Oxford. An LA teenager who died, while being coinfected with coronavirus, was listed as a coronavirus death. Then somebody spoke up to the fact that he was in septic shock at the time, which is what he actually died of. Common colds do not cause septic shock.

I’ve seen Martin speculate on some kind of conspiracy, and I’ve never seen him do that before. And, there are elements of a conspiracy among the Elites, in all of this. But, we need to be careful not to give them too much credit. Their reaction to this outbreak will wind up destroying the very system that they wish to create.

And, “even as the world falls apart because they destroyed the economy. This self-inflicted wound will destroy their precious New World Order, ” – except for the pain felt by the helpless masses they have devastated, I will find this most amusing to watch. I really wonder how they are going to grapple with this ….
I also note with great interest that Martin is now freely talking about a conspiracy, because Martin is honest and has the best of sources. He is also more cognizant than any of us about the extent of idiocy in world government, because he is immersed in it on a daily basis. So he of all people will not be giving them too much credit. What he WILL be able to do, for as long as he is able to work, is map out just what the consequences of their idiocy will be, such that at best we can profit from it and at worst, try to keep out of their way. There have been political conspiracies and maneuverings since time began, humanity is no smarter, and Martin has studied how all of them eventually failed. The only things that have changed are the methods and technology now available.
The thing that IS scary, however, is that the enemy is NOT an idiot. And he can manipulate these idiots so very easily. We have just seen how the majority of humanity is little different than the herds of buffalo that will rush thundering over a cliff just because of someone flapping something behind and beside them.
What does concern me is this ID2020 thing….. I know you have said you believe the Mark of the Beast will be something voluntary, and will involve a choice to worship; what unnerves me is the way chips can be remotely programmed to do something entirely different, and the extreme liklihood that those who first accept them will not be told the truth about what they are capable of and what the ultimate purpose of them will be. What are your thoughts on that?
ps, instead of destroying their own New World Order, it could turn out that destroying the world economy was exactly what they needed to force us all into digital currency. That would be a huge step forward in their agenda for total control.

To answer your question, it is doubtful that you can be ‘tricked’ into taking ‘The Mark’. I’m trying to figure out how the Antichrist (AC) could do that. Remember that it cannot be forced on you, otherwise the AC would not be chopping your head off if you refuse.
As with any issue dealing with an issue that touches on salvation, it will be clear to all who have the Holy Spirit.
Also, we will be able to identify the AC, since he will be engaged in AC-like activities before he demands that everyone take ‘The Mark’.
Oh, and the idea of this being a chip is impossible. Setting aside what the Bible actually says, programmable chips can be easily hacked and spoofed. And, if they were not programmable, then there would be no purpose for the chip in the first place. I’m glossing over a lot of detail, but the hysteria over implantable chips is just that. Maybe I should write an article about why The Mark cannot be a chip. (We’ll see.)
I have the feeling that Armstrong was reluctant to harbor too many ‘conspiracy theories’. I could be wrong, but he’s never left hints in his writing that pointed to a serious belief in this or that cabal pulling the strings. Now, he’s doing more than leaving hints. He’s coming out and saying it.
And yes, that digital currency. They’ve been wanting that for a very, very long time. But, there’s one, gigantic obstacle to making it happen, and it’s the same obstacle that kept the Euro from being successful:
Everyone’s debt needs to be dumped into one pot and shared equally.
Because the EU failed to do that, the Euro and the EU will collapse and fail. The same thing will happen with any global electronic currency. The wealthy nations will NEVER agree to take on the debts of the poor nations. NEVER. It’s an interesting dilemma.
So, here’s the question. The deadly wound of Revelation 13: Does Satan inflict this wound? Or, is it God?
I believe that God will be the one to inflict this wound, but it’s not something I’m dogmatic about. But, there are elements of prophecy that need to be completed before God allows the Antichrist to rise, so ultimately… it will still be a ‘God thing’. I will do my best to flesh this out, in a later article.
Okay, so that’s TWO articles that I should write.

Martin has said, in blog posts over the past week or two, that the coronavirus panic was entirely manufactured, starting at the EU leadership, because they KNEW they were going to collapse and they knew WHY. Martin says someone very high up told him, “read your own book!” He then commented that never in his imagination could he have thought they would use a virus to accomplish through sheer force, the political changes he’d written were unlikely but necessary to survive. Germany was “brought to its knees” by this and apparently is no longer able to fight the demand that it bail out other parts of the EU. At least that’s what I got from reading it. Lagarde and Merkel dumped all their stocks AND bonds (which is highly irregular and a sign that they knew what was coming, per Martin) right before the crash, which seems to have been orchestrated to co-occur with a certain point in his ECM, which looks like an attempt to “hide” this sabotage or at least obscure a clear identification of it.
So the EU appears to have overcome that one, giant obstacle and Martin has said they could cancel their currencies and convert to digital very easily. He says canceling currencies happens often in that sector, and while it would be a little more difficult in the US, in a few years I don’t think it is all that unlikely especially if the tsunami of political sewage overtakes us once Trump is no longer there to hold it back. I have a feeling he will be reelected in a landslide; the lunatic fringe that has been screaming at/about him is making most of the noise but I think the quiet majority that still retains some common sense is so sick of that. Martin has said many times his fear is what will come AFTER Trump, and that his models have been predicting a sharp rise in authoritarian governments. He also says the Democratic Party is self-destructing and may split in half. It will be really strange this fall to see how all of it plays out.

Okay, when Martin says ‘manufactured’, he might not mean it to the level that some might think. He’s saying that it’s artificial. I’m splitting hairs here, but for a good cause. A lot of the hysteria is a natural response to mainstream media and social media reporting of events in Wuhan. The central banks and governments have jumped on this as a way to blame their failures on the virus. But, they are unable to ‘orchestrate’ very much. The best that they can do is jump ahead of the thundering herd – i.e., the ECM.
Ultimately, all of this will collapse and fail, with a lot of people being hurt in the process. Then, from the rubble, the Antichrist system will rise. The good thing is that there will be time between this fall and that rise, for the rest of God’s plans to be fulfilled.
And yes, November will be… interesting.

I just experienced what you were talking about with your 2 friends, with a friend and sister in Christ.
I sent her one of the recent videos going over the stats between flu and COVID-19. She told me there was no way she was going to watch something that long, so asked for me to summarize. In the brief summary, I included the stat from WHO that “up to 650 000 people die of respiratory diseases linked to seasonal flu each year”:(https://www.who.int/mediacentre/news/statements/2017/flu/en/). My mistake was I didn’t cite the WHO, or thought to send a link, when I gave her the stat.
What resulted was a barrage of texts just going off on how that is wrong and devolving into fear, worry and blaming our President. I wanted to send her the actual stats from the WHO and CDC, but quickly realized that was just going to make things worse. She was too upset. Just to stop it I finally sent “I hear you” to at least acknowledge I read through it all, plus I was starting to get pretty angry. I’ve learned the hard way to end conversations, whether in person, on phone, or via text, when I start to get angry.

Yeah. It is so weird. I sense a demonic spirit associated with this, it’s almost like I can visualize a snake hissing and spitting as it motivates the person to fight tooth and claw against anything that would lead to truth. I really do think it is some kind of spirit of deception, and it is uncanny how similar the behavior is even in large numbers of people. What is strange in your example is this is a sister in Christ? Most serious Christians I know are not so deceived by the liberal agenda, and again it is just so similar across the board I can’t help but think it is the same spirit of deception. We were warned that it would be so clever that even the elect, if possible, would fall for it. Maybe she has.
I am glad to see you posting on a more frequent basis. I have missed listening to your podcast on Friday afternoon. I am probably around your age and can not believe the evil forces at work here in the United States. Although there remains a remnant, all political parties are bent on evil. My heart is broken for what we are becoming and have become. The foundations are nearly destroyed. I fear God’s righteous judgment must come. We have fallen so….. far! It is horrible to watch young people and families being destroyed by what is called Freedom and is a terrible bondage. I tell you nothing you do not know, but it hurts awful, and I desire for others to share my grief.
