The kerfuffle over Kavanaugh is about one thing, and one thing only:

Sex without consequences

That’s it.

Oh, I know that they claim this thing or that. In fact, they talk about everything except the one thing that they just can’t tolerate, the restriction on their ability to have as much sex as they want, with as many people as they want, whenever they want, however they want it, without consequence.

Please remember that this is the central argument behind ‘A Woman’s Right To Choose’. That’s right, abortion.

Because if you couldn’t murder your unborn child, you couldn’t have as much sex as you wanted.

The Top Ten Videos Of The Past Week:

It is natural, in these awful days, to ask ourselves about what it was that destroyed us. And, many talk about this thing or that, and I – myself – tend to speak on and on about financial stuff. After all, I’m a finance guy. Was. But, that’s not the reason. None of that is.

Any nation can survive anything, if they have a strong moral code. The Jews are an excellent example of this. They lost their country. They lost everything. And, they’ve been cast out of every European, Middle East and Central Asian country. They’ve been massacred everywhere, yet they still survived.

They had a strong moral code.

Yes, I know that God’s Hand also protected them, but He did that – in part – by making sure that they never lost their core morality.

Unfortunately, America has not been so fortunate. She has already lost her moral code, and all that’s left is destruction. The only questions in my mind, is what exactly was lost and when it happened.

The title of this piece should give you a clue as to WHAT it was, but when… well …that’ll take some looking into. But, you’re lucky that I, you’re faithful examiner of such things is ready to make that search easy for you. In only a few words.

Here they are:

Cheap condoms

The contraceptive pill

Just those three things destroyed America. You could eliminate all the other stuff that is pushing America into the Abyss, and she’d still die. In fact, those three things are a big part of the reason for all the other reasons why America is dying.

You probably don’t know this, but condoms only became inexpensive during the past century – or so. And, it was the petroleum revolution that enabled them to be so cheap. Unfortunately, condoms only work about 90% of the time.

You couldn’t have our ‘free love’ generation if you got pregnant after sleeping around a few times. So, we needed the contraceptive pill. But, even THAT isn’t perfect, so ‘free love’ needed abortion-on-demand.

When did all of that happen?

The ’70s.

Yes, condoms became cheap(er) a century ago, but ‘The Pill’ didn’t hit the drug stores until the ’60s. And, even then, you couldn’t get them without a doctor’s prescription. But then, in 1973, America legalized the murder of children.

After that, it was all over.

Right now, 56 million babies are murdered every year, around the world. Fifty-six million. And, America was the ‘innovator’ of this foul genocide. In twenty years, over a billion babies will have been murdered. And, it has been 55 years since the Roe v. Wade. And, it’s all about free sex. All of it.

It’s also why the Left is terrified of Brett Kavanaugh. They think that he might eliminate Roe v. Wade, and bring consequences back to having sex. The idea that sex wouldn’t be free anymore, is terrifying to the Left.

And yes, it really is that simple.

  1. Well, I guess I get to agree but disagree a little bit. So many waves, and movements brought about the ease of your three to make such an impact. The twenties brought about the clubbing and night lifestyles that continued the decline in morality standards, and women empowerment started back there somewhere. Film glorified the night life like everyone was like this. Drug usage continued to rise along with the decline of morality standards. Then came the rise of acceptance of these stars with police records, and histories filled with divorces, and immorality. People wanted to emulate those people, and divorce picked up speed.
In the 60s a 26 year old female had 2.6 children, I think this was close to 90%. This dropped 15% or more through the 70s. This was orchestrated by evil people that had a population control agenda half century old. They put this to work with a generation with a lust for fame and glory, enter the British invasion, with new religion and we are ripe for free love, and sex drugs, and rocknroll!! This is the part where your three tools come in. The morals of former generations were no longer to be heeded. Welfare for minorities made it more profitable to have children out of wedlock, and this generation views sex outside of marriage as normal

    • Hi Mangledman,

This is all very true, and it was the petroleum revolution that allowed the cities to grow. And cities have always been a hotbed for immorality. When the tractor became commonplace, people moved from the countryside, into the cities. The larger that a city grew, the more freedom you had to be as immoral as you wanted to be. You had fewer moral restrictions as a city grew in size.

The key was anonymity. When your identity was hidden, you could sin without being criticized by your less sinful neighbors.

So yes, the Devil is in all of these details. And, the sheer number of these details can make it hard to see the most important ones.

Maybe I could put it this way. Think of a good society. A Godly society. (As opposed to merely lowercase ‘g’ godly.) It would be much like any church. And, when Satan wants to corrupt a church, there’s one thing that he uses almost always: sex.

I watched Satan do that to a church that I was attending. He destroyed a talented pastor, by luring him into adultery. And, I have heard countless stories that are horrifyingly similar. And, there’s one statistic that sickens me like no other – that half of all pastors are regular consumers of hardcore pornography.

Nothing corrupts more quickly than illicit sex.

Having said that, Satan is at work with bad music, bad movies, illicit drugs and alcoholism. Seminaries have been infiltrated with ‘modern’ ideas. Greed has kept pastors from speaking on painful subjects. Public schools have infected kids with bad ideas. Parents have been lured into being so busy, that they can’t pay attention to what their kids are actually doing.

      And now?

Our smartphones have grabbed what little attention that we had left. Even here in Taiwan.

But, I still believe that sex has been the biggest killer. It was the first industry to make a profit on the Internet. And now, you can watch as much hardcore pornography as you want. For free.

When I left America in 1992, the question on the mind of every painfully single young man was, “Do you kiss on the first date?” When I returned from Israel in 2006, still painfully single, that was no longer the question. And now, I’m hearing of Christian men and women jumping into bed with each other on a ‘first date’.

Our churches are the preservation of our society. The salt and light. When THEY are destroyed, there is no hope left for that society.

Those are excellent, excellent points, from a very historical perspective, Mangledman. Well done, brother. This is the kind of comment that makes a comment section so important.

      Yours in Christ,

      John Little

  2. Unwilling to admit that we are wrong!! Hadn’t I pointed this out yet?? I called it too stupid to be ASHAMED!!!! It gives cognitive dissonance that whole new twist. This is where we get to see if GOD is at work in people’s lives. It makes them easy to spot, like a big bullseye. When someone is wrong, how do they handle it. If they stop and scratch their chin, or clam up we can tell they have a conscience. Unless outrage or disgust is written all over their face, it is a refusal to acknowledge guilt. We do feel a little guilty when we posess a wrong attitude and the TRUTH slaps us squarely across the face. Outright denial or rage are the hallmarks of the FOOL. Look at our society today, and we are stuck with a couple generations that are “right in their own eyes”. These are who we choose our representatives from. I mean seriously, if we drug out that ole CONSTITUTION, and passed out well deserved TREASON charges “I din do nuffin” would be the quote of the day. Our acceptance of this bad behavior is allowing us to reap what we have sown.

Check it out!! MANGLZ made #1 in the comment section!! (does little dance)

Now to kvetchnmoan about new changes. It doesn’t say how many comments at the top of the page innymore. Now I gotta scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. (Sigh). It was probably just an oversight. I did have to get a new phone, now maybe comments will get to my mailbox. I noticed black pigeon, and jihad watch will open on the new phone from below. bp never would open from here. I even had to check out the humor section, to see if I could open an imgur file, and I did. I might even develop a sense of humor. I still hate CHANGE though!
I forgot to ask. If I kvetch, am I referring to a critter, or an act that can be done to a wall.

  3. The Jews did NOT always follow their “moral code”! They screwed up multiple times. They broke God’s Laws, made idols and got cursed because of it. I do understand the point you were trying to make, but it was God’s promise and providence that kept them around, not their adherence to their moral code.

  4. Exciting comments.
    Gentlemen, I agree.
The cultural aspects are clear. However, there’s a lot more to it.
Some facts from a christian point of view: sex has been sealed by God in death, to protect the tree of life from sin.
Genesis 3. Life as a holy flow of consciousness, in it is the sexual power to reproduce. Also a power to reign and all the other powers that we need, like the power (!) to praise the Lord and hear His voice.
By deception Satan took control of these powers! We are facing the consequences.
Sunday school stuff. Unfortunately the church know nothing about power. We are satisfied with whatever power (!) Satan grants us. And call it “Holy”…
This abomination makes us weak, we deceive ourselves. In stead of a salvation in Christ, we preach death. As mentioned before, the apostel Paul deals with this in his letters, the apostel John in Revelation also. 2:7 Let anyone who has ears to hear listen to what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers, I will give the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God. 21: 7 The one who conquers will inherit these things, and I will be his God, and he will be my son.

If only the Americans knew how to fight a war like this…

    • Hi Peter Schilperoord,

I’m not sure that I understand what you are saying here:

“sex has been sealed by God in death, to protect the tree of life from sin.”

I’m also confused by your usage of the word, “power”.

I know about commandments and authority. And, I know that any power and authority that we have comes through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.

If you can (and have the time), clarify for us what you are saying here, Peter.

      Yours in Christ,

      John Little

    • Hi Chris,

Lord willing, I will be talking about this, along with what Russia has been doing in Syria.

Notice that this article references The Sun newspaper. As I’ve been researching this particular situation, everyone is pointing back to The Sun for their information. There are a couple of sites that seem to confirm the information independently, but it’s hard to tell.

Having said that, it makes sense. Russia wants allies on the Mediterranean.

      Thanks, Chris. Excellent contribution.

      Yours in Christ,

      John Little

  5. Hi John and readers,

Thank you for going deeper into the content.
Bear in mind, I have nothing to sell here and in the end salvation is nothing but grace from God, as in Romans 6:22, 23 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

When our pastors read the Bible and preach words like that, we tend to nod, reassured, we are good.
For junkies, victims of crimes like incest, and prostitutes, this stuff ain’t that easy. We sinned, we bear the consequences in our blood and need to analyse our addictions in prayer. How do I get rid of this death in my blood? Why am I a slave to Satan?
Or maybe the Spirit urges us to pray and study, when we have the time and the brains to do so.

In faith we can accept the Biblical truth and eventually be saved. That’s how it works. We hear the words, confess and are saved!
Priests need more than faith alone (Sola Fide). They also need to work and analyse the problem, until they know how to pray and understand the answers.
    * I’m also confused by your usage of the word, “power”.
What happened on the cross? Jesus’ blood conquered Satan… How can that be? Here the word ‘power’ comes in. By deception the devil had taken control of the human race. That is why the first human beings were kicked out of the garden. Power is a something, a system. You can lose it. In God’s love it is also a Law.
We are talking about a spiritual ‘something’ here. You are either in God’s power – or you are not (enslaved by Satan).
The Lord Jesus entered with His blood this spiritual realm, as a sacrifice to the Father. While dying for our sins.
    * “sex has been sealed by God in death, to protect the tree of life from sin.”
The Lord removed an archangel (Satan, the devil) from the throne and restored the kingdom (power), blessings (grace of God) and eternal life. Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
How did Jesus overcome? By dying on the cross, removing Satan from the throne.…
Where was this throne? A cross is not a throne. The answer must be, connecting the dots, that we are talking about something in the hearts of man.
The hearts!?!? Do we see how crazy sex (porn) has become?
He, the Lord, can promise the victors to come and sit in His throne. Revelation 3: 21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

    Who will fix it?
A simple discussion about vast systems, all in God’s kingdom.
I understand that this comment is brief.
We want to be free in the tree of life. With a new heart, clean in the blood of Jesus, protected.
Again, also this protection is a system. You don’t want to be in it. It is called death. It is a shame that death inspires so many people – and see how powerful they are.
Does this comment make sense in the middle of the battle that we are in?
I hope you get some idea and work things out in your own prayers. It would be great if the American Christians learned to fight in the blood of the Lamb (and His Law). Not in deception (without a spine). Peter Schilperoord

    • Hi Peter Schilperoord,

I waited to answer this, since I did not want to be distracted by all the other things that I need to do and think about. But, I apologize for the lateness of this response. Normally, I just respond to comments in the order that they are received.

I think that we need to be very careful about these kinds of topics, since we run the risk of distorting the basic doctrines that we MUST preserve. Heresy is a dangerous, dangerous thing, and we must stay as far from it as we possibly can. What the Bible does not say, we should not say.

It doesn’t mean that we cannot think about why this or that thing is the way that it is, but in our hearts we must stay rigidly true to the first principles that brought us to Christ.

First of all, Satan never had a throne. He was an angel where the throne of God is, but he never had a throne. Nothing in the Bible speaks of a throne for Satan in Heaven. Having said that, thrones are symbols of authority, and you might be able to say that Satan has authority over those on this Earth who have not accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

But, please understand that WE do not have any power. It is the Holy Spirit that has power, and it is only through Him that anything can be done. This is a deadly serious point, since a friend of mine challenged a demon, here in Taiwan, in his own power, and almost died.

Never EVER do anything except in the name of Jesus Christ. My friend learned a valuable lesson that day, and it’s one that I will never forget. And, there is a great deal of demonic activity, here in Taiwan.

Furthermore, I think that you might be confusing the power of authority (exeusia) and the power of strength (dunamis). The original Greek makes that distinction, but the translators of the Bible often do not. Our exeusia comes from Jesus Christ and our dunamis comes via the Holy Ghost.

As for sex, it is only pure within the covenant of marriage, and it is a part of the command by God to ‘be fruitful and multiply’. There is no verse that I know of, that speaks to any connection to ‘the Tree of Life’. So, I’m still a bit uncertain about why you’ve made that connection.

Please remember that we are not meant to unravel the mysteries of God, until we have been given permission to do so. That moment will come when the seventh trumpet sounds, in Revelation 10. Satan is often referred to as Lucifer – the bearer of light, or knowledge. More accurately he is the Father of Lies, perverting the truth and enticing us into heresy by claiming that he can share ‘special knowledge’.

We open ourselves to Satan’s lies when we seek for enlightenment that is not in the Bible. It is vital that we stick to ONLY what is in the Bible. If it is not specifically said in the Bible, then it should not be said. This is for our safety.

It is good to hear from you, Peter. From your writing, it seems to me that your health has improved, and that is awesome.

      Yours in Christ,

      John Little

  6. So, in a musloid country like Turkey – and probably worse things would happen in Saudi Arabia — why is public kissing considered an outrage but assaulting and raping women and boys is considered normal acceptable behavior? You can beat them half to death, or all the way to death, and rape them, but you cannot kiss them?

I don’t actually expect an answer to that. Except that it is a satanic religion, therefore tenderness is to be avoided at all cost and we must encourage violence and hate, the more barbaric the better.

And, this crazy stuff about cow farts. Martin Armstrong marvels at the imbecility of those who refuse to consider anything prior to a very recent period of time, thereby remaining ignorant of history and what is just a normal cycle. So do I. Estimates of the early 1800s population of buffalo in the US are as high as 75 million, and there is one account of a single herd approximately 50 miles long and 25 miles wide. Did they not munch on cellulose-containing fodder and fart just like cows? How many years did that go on before the white man slaughtered all but less than 50 of them for sport, and had it produced global warming by that time? Did anyone attempt to light a match or build a campfire in the vicinity of that giant herd, and did the methane ignite and blow them all off the face of the earth???

And what about prehistoric Europe, and other places where there were vast herds of now-extinct animals, many of them grass-eating? Mammoths and mastodons, the woolly rhinoceros, vast herds of horselike animals, other things that no one alive has ever seen? Drawings of them in caves and archaeological evidence is all we have left of those – most of them were herbivores (somehow predators do not seem to form herds of several million) – was there no farting back then? What about dinosaurs? Does a brontosaurus not eat a prodigious amount of plant material and then fart? Can you imagine a dinosaur-sized fart? Billions of them? And yet the earth did not bake itself to death.

I can’t believe how many ridiculous theories gain wide acceptance when the tiniest bit of THINKING shows them to be ridiculous.

But, ranting and raving about morons, as we do every week – there is no shortage of new preposterous examples – does not help our mental state. What we need to do is find a way to deal with it – which in my case, is to just give up and try to live around it as the morons outnumber the thinkers to a depressing degree, and always have. And it’s more than just dullness or intellectual laziness. Some of it is just people want to believe what they want to believe, and react with anger when this is disturbed. I once had a brief conversation with a woman who was determined to follow a vegetarian diet. That’s fine, and I love animals myself and tried 3 times to stick to a vegetarian diet but my system just craved meat and this never went away, so I just decided that mother nature has many natural carnivores and I guess I am one of them. So I try to avoid anything that was killed in an inhumane manner. But I was trying to discuss with her the need to get adequate protein, and where this can be found in a vegetarian diet, and she was relying on a quote from very long ago by I think Shaw, who said if an ox can build that much body mass eating nothing but grass, then so can we. That is opinion (I read somewhere recently that an appalling percentage of people can not tell the difference between a statement of opinion and a statement of fact) not science. It has a certain seeming logic, if you don’t think beyond the surface. So I was trying to tell her that cattle are ruminants and have 4 stomachs plus certain digestive bacteria that we do not, therefore they can break down the cellulose in this kind of food and get protein from it. She became terribly annoyed. So I tried, you know how if you have a pet rabbit and the vet has to give it antibiotics for something, you then have to recolonize its gut with normal rabbit bacteria afterwards or it will starve to death no matter how much it eats? She actually started yelling at me. This is very similar behavior to the far left that just wants to protest and hate without giving any objective thought to the actual issues. It’s baffling to me how many people have no problem with disregarding reality. I totally don’t get it. But I have had to recognize that some people are logical thinkers and some are emotional thinkers, and for some reason how they feel about something is more important to them than whether it is actually true or not. And when reality finally confronts those emotional thinkers in such a way that they can’t deny it any longer, it’s usually too late. Not only for them, but for all of us, because there are enough of them to really destroy a society and they do it all the time, historically speaking. And even then, they usually don’t connect the dots. It’s always someone else’s fault.

    • Well said, DRG. Mastodon farts? Oh dear. The problem is that God turns nations over to the control of morons, when their cup of iniquity begins to overflow. So, think of ‘moronism’ as an indicator of how close to destruction we are. – JL

  7. Armstrong is saying remarkable things again:

What is he talking about? It must be significant indeed if he is anticipating the greatest trade of the century. How could the little guy capitalize on this, with a small amount that he can afford to lose? I’m talking extreme caution here, but if anyone is worth betting on it would be Martin. I am not asking you to give financial advice. I’m asking you to translate what Martin is saying here ….

    • Hi DRG,

Since I am not a Socrates subscriber, I don’t have access to his ‘Private Blog’ reports. So, I cannot say for sure what he is referring to, when he mentions the ‘greatest trade on the century knocking on the door very soon’.

But, because of the graphs at the beginning of that article, I assume that he’s referring to a big ‘short’ of the Dow Jones Industrials at some moment in the future.

I’ve been out of the markets for about 12 years. I went long on a company that had no debt and more cash than their market cap. I did well, got out, closed my brokerage account and never looked back. That was when the market was still somewhat sane.

I have zero confidence in this market. Zip. Nada.

Of course, Martin is better at this than I am, so listening to him is probably a good idea. If I had the time and the money, I’d purchase a Socrates subscription and trade based on that.

Now, how do you short the Dow?

There are ETFs that do that on a regular basis, and I presume that you can just purchase a share in one of those. I believe that most brokerage accounts make it easy to buy puts and calls on certain shares, as well as indexes. But, like I said, I don’t keep track of these things anymore.

If you have a few thousand dollars to invest, and want good advice, the subscription rate of $15/month for Armstrong’s Socrates, seems like a good idea. Here is the description page:

Just remember that the market can stay insane for longer than you can stay short. But, big returns rarely come without big risks.

Also remember that this kind of trading will suck away any free time that you have. But, this kind of thing can be fun – I certainly thought so – so you might not notice all the time that you spend on it.

      Okay, ’nuff said.

I’m curious about what you choose to do, DRG. Just don’t share anything with us that Martin doesn’t allow you to – if you become a member.

      Yours in Christ,

      John Little

  8. One point that I would like to clarify, buffalo were not killed for sport, it was that old supply and demand thing. The push for buffalo robes made it profitable to brave ticked off Indians, (PC term)native americans and slaughter and skin as many as possible and get away before being discovered.
The beaver pelt demand did the same thing. Demand is what started the western expansion in overdrive, and an adventurous spirit, fortitude, and a few traps a man could make his fortune. The Same thing happened over the coonskin coat craze. The population of animals suffered greatly over the craze of the day, and lack of animals killed demand on the first two.
Very good points against global warming and animal density. Tree huggers like to say we are cutting down all the trees, and know nothing about the reforestation projects that started decades ago. We have more trees since fire control and replanting programs were introduced. It has been that way since the 70s but global warmers will never believe it.

    • The earth nazis need to get a clue. To paraphrase Hobbes, Life in the ‘old days’ was ‘solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short’. The morons will only figure that out when it’s too late. Great additional update, MM. – JL

    • I read about accounts of people hunting buffalo from trains, just setting up Gatling guns in train cars and shooting into the herd as they went past, leaving them to rot. I’ve seen pictures of mountains of buffalo skulls. They were just shooting them for the perverted fun of it. Many did hunt them for skins and sell them. But many others, too many, just shot them because they were there. I also read accounts of the government’s deliberate efforts to eradicate the buffalo as yet another means to eradicate native Americans, which they also devised many means of doing such as distributing blankets from smallpox sanitariums to spread the disease among them.

  9. I had read about shooting them from trains, I forgot about that, but I don’t think that would be considered sport. I remembered the pics of skinless carcasses littered as far as the horizon.

    • I had meant the term “sport” rather sarcastically, as they certainly weren’t doing it out of necessity but rather to amuse themselves, mostly, or make a few bucks on the skin and leave the rest to rot. I don’t think it is sporting to kill animals for no good reason and especially to leave the carcasses to rot instead of using them as food. I guess to be more specific, I would say the white man slaughtered them excessively, irresponsibly, wastefully, and cruelly because if you are hunting for food and doing it with integrity, you will track down any animal shot but not killed and put it out of its misery swiftly and as humanely as possible. That doesn’t happen with train-mounted drive-by shooting. And you will use every part of it that’s usable, instead of doing like a lot of moose and elk hunters do who just take a quarter, carry it back to camp, and leave 3/4 of it to rot.

But, it was faster and easier to just say “sport”. To me, “sport” hunting is despicable. If you need it for food, fine, do it with integrity. But not as a form of recreation. Only God can create life, and I consider it sacred and to be treated with respect.

      • Hi DRG,

I think that you were right to be so sarcastic. What those greedy men did was foul. And, I remember, when I was a kid, seeing pictures painted of cowboys stampeding herds of buffalo over cliffs. I didn’t quite understand how obscene that was until later.

Now, to your point about ‘sport hunting’. I’ve never done any hunting, but I’ve read many remarks by those who are serious hunters that there’s an important ecological and humane reason for why ‘sport hunting’ in necessary. Deer have been known to eat up all the food available, and then starve to death.

My understanding is that the number of hunting permits issued is calculated according to observed herd size and the need to cull a certain number of deer, so that they don’t suffer starvation and herd collapse. Again, I’m not an expert in this, and I’m sure that there are those who hunt for the love of killing – something that I consider to be utterly revolting.

Just thought that I’d offer my own half cent (a discount from two cents) on this, DRG.

        Yours in Christ,

        John Little

  10. John, I was doing a raving review about you over at Bondo’s site, and my obommy Commie phone booted me. So, i just had to check here to see if conversation was still going, and it is.
DRG, I agree wanton waste is quite disgusting. The wholesale slaughter of the buffalo in such a way was disgusting to say the least. GOD put us over the animals for a purpose, I don’t understand it all, but basically for us to utilize. I was always a kill it and eat it kinda guy, until I took up fur trapping. I played at it a bit, but success was slow and hard learned. When I became disabled I figured I needed to specialize, and asked vocational rehab about going to school to trap problem animals. I learned if some species are not culled every year they offset their ecosystems very negatively. Boom and bust kinda thing. Too many beaver, turn land into marshes, muskrats turn ponds into marsh, and erode riverbanks. I learned only a small percentage of them will survive because the ecosystem only supports so many. Harvesting them creates pockets where the crowded areas can move to so sustainable populations can thrive and survive.
Doing nuisance wildlife removal I was not allowed to utilize any animals at all. A wasteful practice IMO, and harvesting furbearers we white people don’t usually use the carcass. Fur lasts almost indefinitely, and is a renewable resource.
I agree with you there is nothing sporting about wanton slaughter of animals, and shooting any game animal and only keeping part of it is highly against the law, and probably considered poaching. Even people that save their money for safari type hunting usually surrender the meat for the local people. People that do this type of hunting look over many animals before they find one old enough to be considered a trophy animal. The practices you mention are severely frowned upon by the hunting community these days.
